We regret to inform you that due to low interest, this year’s Sustainable Spooks: Launceston’s Eco-Friendly Halloween Guide has been cancelled. While we hoped to bring the community together for a fun, sustainable Halloween, we didn't receive enough participation to move forward. 💔

Thank you to everyone who expressed interest in supporting eco-friendly celebrations. We still encourage you to embrace sustainable practices this Halloween by using eco-friendly decorations and waste-free treats. 🌍💚

By submitting your address to be included in Sustainable Spooks: Launceston's Eco-Friendly Halloween Guide, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Data Usage:

• Your submitted address will be used solely for the purpose of including it in the Sustainable Spooks guide. This guide will be publicly available to families and individuals in Launceston seeking participating homes for Halloween Trick-or-Treating.
• Your name and any other identifying details (beyond the address) will not be published without your explicit consent.

Data Storage:

 

• Your submitted details will be securely stored by Circlarity Events Co. and will not be shared with any third parties or used for any purpose other than the creation of the Halloween guide.

• After the Halloween event concludes, your details will be securely deleted from our system.

Sharing of Information:

 

• Your address will be included in the publicly accessible Sustainable Spooks online workbook. This guide will be shared within the Launceston community, including on our website and social media platforms, but only for the purpose of informing residents about Halloween participants.

• We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your details to any outside parties.

Right to Withdraw:

• You may request to have your address removed from the guide at any time before its publication date of by contacting us directly at hello@circlarityevents.com.au
