How to Place Your Order

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your desired package well in advance to avoid disappointment. Follow these simple steps to secure your eco-friendly party package: 

  • 1.

    Browse through our range of themed packages below and select the one that suits your event.

  • 2.

    Add the chosen package to your cart.

  • 3.

    Enter your details and the date of your event into our booking calendar.

  • 4.

    Review our Hire Package Terms and Conditions and check the box to indicate your agreement. 

  • 5.

    To confirm your reservation, pay a refundable bond of $50.00. Then, ensure that you read and agree to the Hire Agreement. 

  • 6.

    Await your confirmation email, which will include all of your booking details. The remaining price of your package will be due seven (7) days before your event. 

  • 7.

Package Inclusions & Expectations Upon Return

You’ve chosen a theme—check! Booked your date—check! Read up on the Hire Agreement—check! And now you are getting excited to celebrate your event sustainably in style—check! Wow, look at you go, you sustainable superstar! 

We want to ensure that your day is stress-free and that you won’t have to worry about anything, so we would like to make it as easy as possible for when the time comes that you are ready to return the party package. Each package will include a detailed inventory list, which you must check to ensure each item is accounted for before returning. 

It is expected that the items within the package will be returned in the following condition:

  • Plates/Cups and cutlery to be washed

  • Bunting, table cloth and runner, napkins, and pass the parcel bags put inside the supplied fabric wash bag

  • Cake topper/s and cake stand to be washed

  • Any games supplied with the packages to be wiped clean

  • Everything is put back inside the package crate as you received it

  • If you are hiring any other packages (e.g. Circular Couture or The ‘Kids’ Table), these need to be returned in a clean and tidy state
