We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so feel free to contact our team if you have any questions or need assistance before making your decision. 

If your goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, we’re here to help. Please contact us at hello@circlarityevents.com.au with a photo of the damaged goods within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and/or replacement of your items. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. 

Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale or special orders/custom items. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. We recommend contacting your financial institution to enquire about their timeframes. 

For Party Packages, please refer to the Hire Agreement provided when booking for specific terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations.

Certain items, including our digital downloads and personalised products, are non-returnable. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. Our packaging materials are eco-friendly, and we strive to minimise waste throughout shipping whenever possible.
